Responsibilities:

·  Overall project responsibilities with accountability for project safety, quality, schedule, costs, and project contract compliance.

·  Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure correct execution of the projects.

·  Serve as single point of interface with client.

·  Develop and manage project schedule.

·  Identify and manage project risks to safety, quality, schedule or costs. Develop the appropriate mitigation plans for the identified risks.

·  Lead the negotiation and contracting for construction, engineering or other services required for project.

·  Ensure request for information (RFI), non-conformances (NCR), engineering change requests (ECR), and change orders (CO) are dispositioned in a timely manner.

·  Manage Construction Contractor

·  Review and process all project invoices.

·  Report project progress to management and any other stakeholders
