Position Description:

On.Energy is seeking a Field Service to support the company's commissioning and O&M activities for its North America operation.  The ideal candidate will provide support to the Head of Field Services as required to safely and efficiently execute the asset commissioning and O&M activities.  This support will include coordination and management of the commissioning and O&M punch list; site quality assurance; support of functional and operational commissioning checkout as directed; coordination of commissioning activities and/or field actions as directed.  The ideal candidate will be a team player; have a can-do attitude; and a bias towards action.

Responsibilities:

·  Execute the actions as directed by the Head of Field services to support commissioning and O&M

·  Supervise field service commissioning and O&M contractors as directed
during the commissioning phase of the project

·  Single point of interface with the Project Manager and Customer representative

·  Provide turnover packages that are complete and accurate on a timely basis

·  Assist in the coordination all On.Energy and OEM commissioning activities and resources

·  Assist in the monitoring and enforcement of compliance with safety procedures, standards of quality, and best practices

·  Support the coordination with energy dispatching to schedule and complete performance testing

·  Report any identified field service risk appropriately to the Head of Field Services

·  Support continuous improvement by documenting lessons learned and opportunities to increase efficiency and ensure request for information (RFI), non-conformances (NCR), vendor change notices (VCN), and project change notices (PCN) during the commissioning phase of the project are dispositioned in a timely manner.
